(SEPTEMBER 2018) Gayle reports: Mr. Parkinson is NOT deceased. He's in a nursing home in St. Louis. Body failing, mind good, per his sister in Le Mars. I got a cell phone number, will try to contact him.

Sorry to see Mr Parkinson listed on the "In Memory " list. I had not heard that he had passed. Lots of good memories from band. I actually ran into CJ at a museum in St Louis in the late 90's. We had a good visit but I was getting ready to move to Denver the next week and did not have a chance to see him again.

Carol Junior “CJ” Parkinson, 80, of St. Louis, Missouri died Thursday, April 30, 2020, at Mercy South Hospital in St. Louis Missouri from complications of Covid-19. Private family services will be held in Le Mars, Iowa.
